Collaboration Tools

Accelerate your team with classic collaboration tools like a wiki, message board, shared files, StandUp reports, and a group chat with video. Assembla packages these tools into a space with one team list and one activity stream. New team members will find it easy to join a team and see what is going on.

StandUp reports provide a fast amd simple way for team members to report on the work they are doing and get help with obstacles or questions. We have translated the traditional StandUp format - What I did / What I will do / Needs and obstacles - into a form that distributed team members can fill out in seconds. The online StandUp form eliminates conference calls, speeds up a daily scrum chat, and helps get everyone to work on the most important tasks.

  • Increases the likelihood of reaching goals with written commitments.
  • Track absent team members with “I will be away” postings on the calendar.
