- Reply to email alerts and they will appear as messages in the message tab of your space.
- Having an interesting discussion with a team member or client? Forward the message to your space's unique email address for team members to read.
- Email attachments are automatically stored as files and added to your Files Tool.
- Email in new tickets, and use email to comment on existing tickets.
- Add clients and customers as Followers on tickets. They will get email updates and their replies will be added as comments on their tickets.
